Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for Order Management ( Procure to Pay flow), Vendor management ( Evaluation, Onboarding, Vendor Development) and Vendor Operations (Performance control and Escalation Management) processes for Projects allotted to your cohort.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation & floating of package wise tender for interiors work (C&I & Services packages), understanding the terms & conditions of the contract, BOQ specification and basic rate, payment terms & conditions, contract terms & conditions.
• Understanding scope & specification of Non tender items, involvement in validation with rate analysis, supporting quotation and invoices.
• Ensuring Orders are awarded within TAT, Track and ensure timely deliveries of product and services.
• Escalation management arising out of Vendor performance with objective of project delivery on time and quality.
• Visit multiple vendors locations, sites, factories to understand the process and systems followed in quality, production and delivery Manage / build relationships with existing vendors and also the prospective vendors who are identified for the particular engagement.
• Ensure updation of project trackers & summaries.
• Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and own implementation end-to-end.
• Work with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, new initiatives
