The People Team at Roblox focuses on creating a sustained competitive advantage by evolving what we do in the people space (culture, leadership practices, organization, programs, etc.) into a thoughtful, integrated, low-friction 'people operating system'. We want to inspire people at Roblox to take on challenging problems and allow them to find unique solutions while providing what is needed to accelerate their development, and one of the systems that the People team relies on most is Workday. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Gurugram office.

In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager of the HR Systems team.

Shift Time : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm IST (Cabs will be provided)

You Will

• Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between Workday and various external / internal systems using Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, etc.)
• Serve as the first point of contact for Workday integrations at Roblox driving consistency & scalability within the Workday support team
• Develop and maintain technical documentation on all data feeds to and from Workday
• Track existing integrations and create systems to track failures and automate first response
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues
• Provide guidance to data engineers on best practices for data extraction and analysis
