General Management & Administration

  • Coach, train and supervise the procurement team
  • Conduct personal development and coaching
  • Executive Meetings - Attend and present at the meeting
  • Non-Executive Meetings - Attend and present at the meeting
  • Manage performance review cycle
  • Plan and manage procurement projects

Sourcing and Procurement

  • Develop a country procurement strategy
  • Develop and maintain local procurement policies & SOPs
  • Implementation and management of Group procurement policy and standards (PIMS)
  • Manage quality certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9000)
  • Manage savings target and track savings
  • Manage suppliers
  • Supplier vetting and screening
  • Supplier relationship management (ongoing)
  • Review and manage supplier master data
  • Develop logistics strategy
  • Prepare and implement a sourcing plan for various categories
  • Prepare and initiate a recommendation to award
  • Manage CAPEX approvals
  • Purchase Order approvals
  • Inventory Management
  • Contract Management

  • Execute and commercially manage supplier contracts
  • Review the repository of Contracts on periodic basis
  • Manage timely renewal of supplier contracts
  • Property Management

  • Develop and Manage Real Estate Portfolio
  • Define and Develop Real Estate Financials
  • Managing / optimizing the financial performance of a portfolio of leased / owned assets
  • Fleet Management

  • Manage fleet
  • Review utilisation of Assets
  • Reporting

  • Review and publish various procurement reports
  • Skills Required

    Inventory Management, Fleet Management, supplier relationship management
