About Ken Foundation :

Ken Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to climate action, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability . We invite passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our 6-month fellowship program (unpaid) and 3 month Internship, offering hands-on exposure to the non-profit sector.

About the Fellowship :

The Ken Impact Fellowship provides a unique platform for aspiring leaders to develop critical skills in social impact, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability . Fellows will contribute to branding, fundraising, research, and community engagement , preparing them for future leadership roles in the social sector.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Project & Program Management – Conduct needs assessments, support planning, and execute sustainability initiatives.

🔹 Communications & Branding – Create engaging digital content and strengthen outreach strategies.

🔹 Fundraising & CSR Engagement – Draft fundraising proposals and connect with corporate leaders and donors.

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement – Support events, donor meetings, and collaborations.

🔹 Compliance & Reporting – Track impact, prepare reports, and ensure donor compliance.

🔹 Innovation & Strategy – Research trends in CSR, education, and sustainability for program enhancement.

Eligibility :

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or postgraduate degree in the social / development sector.
• Strong passion for social impact and sustainability .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for outreach activities.
• Proactive, self-driven learner.
