Graphic Designer – Static & Motion

dhi Hospitality is hiring a Graphic Designer who can work confidently across both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll shape dhi’s brand identity and build visual content for a growing portfolio of hotels, resorts, and restaurants. The role demands craft, clarity, and the ability to turn commercial goals into strong visual storytelling.
What you’ll own
- Design visual systems, campaigns, and brand assets for dhi (B2B) and for hotel, resort, and restaurant brands (B2C).
- Create static graphics and short-form motion for social, ads, emails, websites, and in-property communication.
- Translate content briefs into clear visual direction that aligns with each brand’s tone and business priorities.
- Work closely with content, photo, and video teams to build cohesive stories.
- Deliver organised, production-ready files with clean layers and version control.
- Maintain consistency across brands while adapting to individual visual identities.
- Iterate based on performance insights and feedback.
- Build and manage an asset library, including simple motion templates to speed up production.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 4 years of experience in professional design, covering both static and motion work.Experience working in hospitality or hospitality-adjacent brands.Background in marketing or design-led communication roles.Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.Confident understanding of typography, composition, layout, and colour.Ability to craft engaging motion graphics for social, with sharp pacing and visual rhythm.Experience collaborating with content, digital, and production teams.Organised working style with clean file structures and predictable systems.Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality.Clear communication and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.Comfort using AI design tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar to speed up ideation and create supporting assets when needed.Good judgment on where AI assists, and where human craft matters more.Bonus points for
Experience working with hotel groups, multi-property portfolios, or premium lifestyle brands.Ability to build brand kits, templates, and reusable motion frameworks from scratch.Basic 3D or UI motion experience.Strong understanding of both corporate branding and consumer-facing storytelling.Portfolio
