We’re looking for an

Agentic AI Engineer

who can take full ownership of implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale — driving real impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations

Integrate Moveworks with

ServiceNow, Jira, Slack / Teams, SSO, HRIS , and other enterprise systems

Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance

Drive

conversational analytics , guardrails, and runtime governance

Contribute to our

agentic AI stack

for multi-agent orchestration and evaluation

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years

of total experience in AI, automation, or IT service engineering

Minium 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience

in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of

conversational AI , integrations, and governance

Experience working cross-functionally in global environments
