Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant

Work location : Chennai / Bangalore

Work Time : 2PM to 11PM IST

Work mode : Hybrid

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with expertise in payroll and Core HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, specifically payroll, compensation benefits and recruitment, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining these modules.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance / support issues on Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR and Payroll modules.
  • Handles requests related to employee data updates, position hierarchies, approval rules and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinates with payroll and benefits teams for integration and data alignment.
  • Expertise in writing Payroll Fast Formula’s
  • Perform system configurations and setups as per the business process design.
  • Design and document functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
  • Support full project life cycle implementations : requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for development and delivery of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of HRMS-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and payroll statutory requirements and internal audit policies.
  • Conduct end-user training and create training manuals, user guides, and other documentation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementation and support projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
  • Understanding of Oracle HRMS data model and related APIs.
