Job description

This role will be the Catering Sales Manager, heading the Catering Sales function for our hotel Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR.

The position will report to the Director of Sales.

EBITDA margins to be in line with the targeted revenue.

Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.

Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis & segment wise details to be formulated.

Conducts meetings for the entire team to ensure effective & synchronized approach for achieving the targets.

Liaises with the credit manager to review the credit status.

Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand / product awareness.
