Role Overview
We’re hiring a cutting-edge Unity Developer to build high-performance AR / VR / MR applications for devices like RealWear , XREAL , Vision Pro, Quest, and other head-mounted systems.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AR / VR / MR applications using Unity (C#)
- Build and optimize spatial UI / UX for AR wearables (RealWear, XREAL, etc.)
- Integrate voice commands, sensors, OpenXR, AR Foundation, and device SDKs
- Work with rendering pipelines, shaders, and optimized 3D assets
- Collaborate with AI, backend, and design teams for real-world deployments
- Debug, profile, and optimize performance for wearable devices
- Build cross-platform XR solutions for iOS / Android / Windows
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Unity & C# (2–4+ years)Experience with AR Foundation, MRTK, OpenXR, or platform-specific SDKsHands-on experience with at least one AR / MR device (RealWear, XREAL, Hololens, Quest, etc.)Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and performance optimizationStrong grasp of rendering, physics, shaders, and asset pipelinesGood debugging and optimization skills for low-power XR devicesDegree in CS / Game Dev / Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)Nice to Have
