Key Responsibilities :
Platform Strategy & Roadmap :
- Define and prioritize platform initiatives in collaboration with product leadership.
- Build a clear and scalable roadmap focused on data-centric platform capabilities.
End-to-End Product Ownership :
Manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept to launch.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.Data-Driven Decision Making :
Use KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization, track impact, and optimize the product backlog.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with design, QA, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.Product Launch & GTM :
Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful feature adoption and user Mindset :Make product decisions rooted in logic, analysis, and a clear understanding of customer needs and value.Stay Current :
Monitor trends across healthcare IT, AI, ML, and platform technologies to inform roadmap decisions and ensure strategic alignment.Drive Innovation :
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, improve performance, and drive competitive advantage.Ideal Candidate : Experience :
4+ years in product management, ideally with a background in platform or data platform development.Technical Background :
Experience in software development or a strong understanding of engineering processes is a major advantage.Methodologies :
Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Analytical Thinking :
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.Ability to turn data into actionable insights.Industry Exposure :
SaaS / PaaS experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with healthcare or Health IT domains is a plus.Communication :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across global teams and time zones.Soft Skills :
