Anand Hospital at Purnia was established in the year 1982 by renowned general surgeon Dr N.N.Pandit. The hospital started serving the patients at a time when there was very little quality healthcare available in the Seemanchal region. Over the years, the hospital established a good name amongst its patients through superior outcomes. In the year 2002, Dr KS Anand, Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon joined the hospital and launched Orthopedic services. Today Anand Hospital is considered as a referral centre for all kinds of General and Orthopedic surgeries including Joint Replacement Surgeries.

Role Description

This is a full time position for Operations Manager who would be required to co-ordinate between different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital. The co-ordination has to take place between Front Office, Marketing, Purchase, Inpatient, Billing, Nursing and Paramedical. The person should have a strong confident personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computers specially MS Excel is must. Experience of 3-4 years in any industry in an executive or managerial role is must.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree is a must
