Job description3+ years of marketing experience (required) Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms including paid marketing channels Excellent communication skills Budget-management skills and proficiency Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. (Nice to have) Familiarity with marketing and traffic platforms (ex. Google Analytics) (Nice to have) Working proficiency with Adobe design suite or comparable tools
Responsibilities :
- Design and manage social media footprint and expand traditional marketing campaigns targeting B2b and B2c audiences
- Coordinate branch recruitment and sales events : develop themes, schedules, sales print collateral, and digital media
- Oversee design choices and possible external vendor selection
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns to support sales and recruitment efforts
- Manage content distribution to internal audiences
- Research new marketing tools and programs to create efficiency and expand department capabilities
- Ensures brand integrity of communications and marketing materials
- Assist sales teams with client presentations
