SAP FSM

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end FSM implementations and integrations. The role requires expertise in solution design, project leadership, and stakeholder management , along with strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud, SAP CX, and S / 4HANA Service .

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP FSM implementation projects , ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and design scalable FSM solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and testing activities.
• Integrate SAP FSM with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP S / 4HANA, SAP CRM, and external systems .
• Guide teams on FSM mobile application, workforce scheduling, and dispatching .
• Provide solution architecture expertise and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage client interactions effectively.

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with 3–5+ years in SAP FSM .
• Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP CX, and S / 4HANA Service .
• Expertise in FSM solution design, workforce scheduling, service execution, and reporting .
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, and Middleware .
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP FSM projects .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

• SAP FSM Certification.
• Prior experience as an SAP FSM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant .
• Experience in multi-country FSM rollouts .
