Job Title : SAP IS Retail Consultant - S / 4HANA

Location : Pune (Kharadi) Preferred / Bangalore (Hybrid Mode - Mandatory)

Experience : 10+ Years

Role Purpose :

We are hiring an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S / 4HANA, SAP SD, and SAP MM. This is a critical role that involves delivering end-to-end SAP Retail solutions, managing implementations, supporting transformation projects, and integrating with legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and support SAP IS Retail solutions with integration across SD, MM, and legacy systems.
Drive the end-to-end configuration and deployment of SAP retail functionalities including Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, and Pricing.
Perform data migration activities from legacy platforms to S / 4HANA.
Ensure solution design is in line with business requirements and SAP standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in SAP systems.
Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide documentation, testing, and deployment support.
Stay updated on latest SAP retail and S / 4HANA trends.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :

10+ years of experience in SAP SD / MM with 5+ years in SAP IS Retail projects (implementation / support).

Strong understanding of S / 4HANA Retail - especially Simple SCM, Sales Order, Billing, Deliveries, Goods Issue, and SD Master Data.

Hands-on experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Listing, and Retail Pricing.

Experience with data migration to S / 4HANA environments.

Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Retail and legacy systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex business and technical issues.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with SAP WM / EWM modules.

S / 4HANA transformation or greenfield implementation exposure.

Familiarity with project methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or APICS certifications.

Prior experience working in retail or consumer goods industry domains.
