Direct Sales

  • Will be responsible for direct sales in India
  • Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources
  • Make online / face to face product demonstrations to all prospects and customers in all industry verticals in your territory.
  • Make proposals price offers negotiate close deals in your sales territory
  • Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
  • Participating in marketing events and attending sales meetings.
  • Manage resellers in your sales territory.
  • Work very closely with reseller following up on their monthly sales pipeline.
  • Provide all support to resellers in your territory to help them sell Symtraxs software solutions.
  • Keep resellers informed of latest product releases new product functionality and price updates marketing information.
  • Search for evaluate and sign-up resellers in your sales territory.
  • Update the share point / CRM regularly with relevant account information.
  • Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate it into technical requirements as can be implemented by the respective teams

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably from a Top Tier institute
  • 0 - 2 years prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented with a keen interest in Technology.
  • Salary Proposition : Fixed 5L / year Uncapped Variable based on revenue Generated
