Job description

Must Have Skills :

In depth ServiceNow platform knowledge
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc)
Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services and MID Servers
Expert level understanding of ServiceNow best practices
SME in HRSD & CSM applications
Leadership and communication skills

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

Driving Results :

Good single contributor & good team player

Flexible attitude towards work, as per the needs

Proactively identify & communicate issues and risks
