Description :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend development using React and backend development using Fastify, along with experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React for the frontend and Fastify for the backend.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

Solid backend development experience with Fastify and Node.js.

Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
