Responsibilities : 1. Clients :
- Manage the client engagement end to end and grow accounts into larger engagements
- Connect with customers proactively to build relationships, understand their requirements and Set their expectations
- Align resources for delivery accordingly
2. Team :
Manage the team to success, help the direct reports succeed in delivering their goals,Resolve conflicts among members and priorities,Communicate the client’s context to the team and harmonise the effort in order to delight the client,Grow the team from existing to a large team over a short period of time3. Business :
Break up the annual operating plans into monthly and weekly plans, identify the crucial pieces for success, monitor those pieces on a weekly and monthly basis,Prioritise assignments and positions CIEL’s services to get an edge over the competition,Drive ambition in a collaborative manner to expand the team, sign up new clients and grow the wallet share of the existing clients,Evolve additional methods of growing revenues and pursues those closely,Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction4. Interpersonal Engagements :
Negotiates with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve problems, Work with various teams as required : Delivery, Recruitment, Operations, Payroll, Compliance, Finance, HR teams etc. to ensure team’s requirements and new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently,Work collaboratively with the other delivery teams of Ciel across India and ensure Delivery for the clients as and when requiredIdeal Profile :
5 to 10 years of experience in xxx (based on skill levels and experience, the job will be benchmarked within CIEL as L5, L6 or L7)Relevant experience in handling delivery of assignments for large enterprise clientsExperience in handling a team of recruitersDemonstrated success in front-ending Client engagements, especially having grown the engagements by widening and deepening itSkilled communicator - verbal as well as written, good listening skills and empathetic in conversationsKnowledgeable about the current market trends - HR services industry, especially the line of business we are discussing and client industry trends, especially for the sector we are discussing the opportunity aboutTrack record of budgeting, planning and organising the operations to achieve the budgetHas Subject matter expertise i.e. Develops delivery methods and solutions for critical or large assignments, Targets new segments to enter into or run pilots or develops innovative solutions for clients
