What is the Role?
The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead our digital presence, lead generation, and brand positioning efforts through content, campaigns and SEO. You will play a strategic role in scaling Guardian Capital’s visibility across digital platforms while aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities
1. Creative & Branding
Design brand assets, social posts, presentations, brochures, banners , and event materials in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

and minimalistic visual language across channels.
2. Video Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, expert interviews, and client stories .
Use Premiere Pro, After Effects , or similar tools to add motion graphics and subtitles.
3. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing
Own and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Design and write educational, trust-building, and market-relevant posts.
Collaborate with CXOs for thought-leadership content and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns .
Monitor engagement and continuously refine strategy based on analytics.
4. SEO & Content Marketing
Conduct SEO audits , keyword planning, and optimize blogs / pages (on-page & off-page).
Write or edit blogs, investment insights, and whitepapers , or coordinate with external writers.
Ensure all content is compliant, brand-aligned, and discoverable.
5. Paid Ads & Analytics
Plan and run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads to generate high-quality leads.
Set up conversion tracking , retargeting, and performance dashboards using GA4, GTM , and integrated CRM tools.
Work with leadership to align campaign goals with business development priorities.

Strong writing + visual storytelling capabilities
Experience in performance marketing, content SEO, and brand building
Ability to multi-task across content creation, campaign setup, and reportingGood

Experience in wealth management, luxury, fintech, or hospitality sectors
Past work on lead magnets, guides, calculators, or white-labeled campaigns
Understanding of HNI / UHNI audience behavior and tone
