Role Overview :
As an Marketing & CRM Analytics, you will lead analytical projects that drive customer and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 clients. This role combines strong hands-on analytical expertise with team leadership. You will design and deliver advanced marketing and CRM analytics solutions, build predictive models, and mentor junior consultants, while engaging closely with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end marketing analytics projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.
- Partner with business leaders and CRM managers to identify business challenges, translate them into analytical problems, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., propensity modeling, churn prediction, segmentation, forecasting, attribution, clustering) to solve marketing and customer lifecycle problems.
- Perform hands-on data analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Guide teams in building scalable pipelines and deploying analytical solutions on cloud platforms (Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, Azure).
- Deliver insights and recommendations through clear storytelling, supported by dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts / consultants, providing technical guidance, developing talent, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills :
6 - 9 years of professional experience in analytics,Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying analytical models (propensity, churn, classification, segmentation, forecasting).Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; working knowledge of PySpark.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, Azure).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior members.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to senior stakeholders.Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for insight delivery.Good-to-Have Skills :
