Urgent Hiring || Performance Marketing Manager || Bangalore

Profile : Performance Marketing Manager

Experience : Min 4+ Years

CTC : upto 13 LPA (depend on the interview)

Location : HSR Layout

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, plan, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with Beegru’s growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive qualified lead generation with measurable, results-oriented KPIs.
  • Skilled in advanced targeting strategies, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 for accurate perforance measurement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging impact.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on real estate lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
