We’re Hiring : Head of Finance (FMCG | Beverages)
A fast-growing FMCG beverage company is looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy and support the next phase of growth.
Location : Gurgaon
Role Type : Leadership | Full-Time
About the Role
This role is critical in driving financial strategy, governance, profitability, and business partnering across a rapidly expanding consumer business. The position will work closely with the Board and CXOs to shape and influence key strategic decisions.
Ideal Profile
- Chartered Accountant with 12–15 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages
- Proven track record in end-to-end finance management, P&L ownership, and working capital optimisation
- Strong grounding in FP&A, controllership, compliance, and internal controls
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior business leadership
