About the Role :

The Specialist - Revenue Growth role is a field sales position responsible for lead management, account management, and revenue expansion . This position is integral to expanding market presence, managing customer accounts and distributor relationships , ensuring timely payments, and achieving sales targets. Designed as part of Immunoshop’s Unified Sales Framework , this role ensures a balanced focus on new lead conversion and strategic account growth .

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business

1–6 years of experience in sales roles within the medical diagnostics industry (IVD experience is mandatory)

Proven track record in meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and distributor relationships

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management :

Identify, engage, and convert high-quality leads in the assigned region

Work closely with the marketing team to act on marketing-generated leads

Ensure all lead activities, progress, and status updates are documented in CRM

Follow up diligently to convert leads into accounts

Account Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Identify and act on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing account revenue

Address account-specific challenges in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring seamless customer support

Monitor account health, provide regular updates, and eliminate credit default risk

Distributor Management :

Strengthen and manage distributor relationships to maximize business potential

Support distributor sales teams in achieving regional growth objectives

Ensure adherence to Immunoshop’s distributor policies and business goals

Payment Collection and Credit Risk Management :

Ensure timely payments from customers and distributors while effectively managing credit risks

Monitor overdue payments and take corrective actions to eliminate financial risks

Market Penetration and Revenue Expansion :

Focus on expanding into new territories while strengthening relationships and maximizing revenue from assigned accounts

Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies for long-term market growth

Sales Targets :

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales outcomes
