Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Co-design and refine end-to-end CMD and intercompany BP data flows with Pods, Value Teams, and DigitalX across MDG, GTS, and S / 4.
- Lead global onboarding, maintenance, inactivation, and issue resolution for customer and intercompany master data, ensuring support for O2C processes.
- Support data migration activities and End-to-End readiness during SAP rollouts, expansions, and global deployments.
- Engage with the JSOX team to establish control points and continuously align SOPs with compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with QA team to embed GxP compliance checkpoints and maintain SOPs aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Develop and maintain traceability documentation and drive remediation actions in response to audits or regulatory reviews, together with the Standards & Delivery.
- Resolve CMD inconsistencies and align data dependencies across integrated platforms such as MDG, GTS, and S / 4 during project design and testing phases.
- Define, maintain, and refine global standards and governance checkpoints for CMD and Intercompany BPs, incorporating feedback from delivery teams.
- Ensure CMD cutover readiness, validate data transitions, and secure behavioural consistency of CMD across go-lives and iterative Agile releases.
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
7-10 years of experience in Customer Master Data managementDeep knowledge of O2C processes and SAP MDG, GTS, and S / 4HANAExperience with GxP compliance, JSOX and regional regulatory frameworksBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Supply Chain.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP Certified Application Associate (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA for Sales, SAP MDG for BP, SAP GTS.1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
