As a Business Development , you will play a crucial role in our inside sales team, responsible for driving sales in the SMB segment. Based out of Vadodara, you will be tasked with taking leads generated by the lead generation team, conducting product demo sessions, discussing proposal commercials and requirements with leads, and ultimately converting them into customers.

Conduct product demo sessions with potential customers to showcase our offerings.
Discuss proposal commercials and requirements with leads to ensure alignment with their needs.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
