With a passionate 65+ member team, we’re now looking for our first dedicated People and Client Engagement Specialist . This role is pivotal in strengthening employee experience, leading technical recruiting, and representing WealthSpectrum’s people-first approach in client and prospect interactions.
As the People and Client Engagement Specialist, you will :
- Manage the HR function – recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
- Lead technical recruiting efforts to bring in top engineering and product talent.
- Serve as a client-facing touchpoint , supporting onboarding, coordinating client visits, and ensuring a professional, warm, and seamless experience for prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities :
People & HR (Internal)
Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.Build talent pipelines for engineering, product, and client-facing roles .Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve the interview process.Maintain employee records, oversee payroll inputs, and ensure statutory compliance.Draft and update HR policies.Coordinate KPIs and training initiatives.Client Engagement (External)
Be a client-facing touchpoint for prospects and new clients – supporting onboarding, coordinating meetings, and representing WealthSpectrum’s culture.Plan and coordinate client visits : meet & greet, schedule meetings with internal team members, arrange logistics, and ensure a smooth experience.Support leadership during client interactions and presentations where culture or governance aspects are discussed.Represent WealthSpectrum at industry events as an ambassador of our culture and brand.Essential Skills
Proven experience in technical and non-technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing).Understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll practices, and statutory compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.Strong coordination and organizational skills to handle client visits and internal events smoothly.Proficiency with HRMS tools and modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn.Ability to build relationships with employees and clients at all levels.High attention to detail, professionalism - a proactive, people-oriented mindset.
