Principal AI Engineer [T500-19330]

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead operationalization of large-scale AI solutions, being the resident expert for all AI Engineering and AIOps challenges, partnering closely with AI Scientists
• Lead by example, inspire and guide AI Engineers leveraging the best AIOps / MLOps techniques to activate AI solutions at enterprise scale, solving real business problems benefitting millions of Best Buy customers daily
• Deeply hands on, utilizing extensive knowledge of software engineering and AI to contribute to the roadmap of Best Buy’s core AI capabilities.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams including AI, data, platforms, products, analytics, business and compliance
• Comprehend complex technical and business problems in high pressure scenarios, connecting the larger enterprise goals to teams’ tactical deliverables.
