Roles & Responsibilities :

As a member of the team, the primary job will be to work in customer project to perform requirement analysis, effort estimate, design, feasibility, development and maintenance of embedded C / C++ applications in Agile work flow, work closely with customer development team(including daily interactions). Support offshore team members in Task / Sprint planning and execution. Handling weekly calls and update status to customer when needed.

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :

• 6+ years of total experience in requirement analysis, design, development and maintenance of C / C++ embedded applications.
• Good programming skill in C / C++.
• Good learning, development and mentoring skills.
• Good debugging skills
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and lead the team.
• Good communication skill and agile personality to communicate directly with customer and other development team members.
