Key Skills : Team leadership, scalable UI design, REST API integration, responsive design, Jest testing, Git, Agile / Scrum

Nice to Have : Storybook, Angular Material, micro frontends, modular architecture.

Were looking for an experienced Technical Lead - UI with strong expertise in Angular(v18+) to join our fast-growing, product-based team in Trivandrum.

The Role :

Lead and inspire a passionate UI team to architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high-performance web applications that are clean, scalable, and user-focused. Youll work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to transform ideas into impactful digital Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-end / UI developers.
• Architect and develop complex, large-scale web applications using Angular (v18+).
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration / deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve code, performance, and integration issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
• Facilitate code reviews, provide feedback, and build a collaborative engineering culture.
• Document technical solutions, UI standards, and architectural decisions.
