About the Role
We’re building an AI-driven sales engine that generates, qualifies, and routes leads automatically — and we need the technologist who will make it happen.
As our AI Automation Engineer , you’ll be responsible for designing and scaling our AI-Assisted SDR (AISDR) system that powers lead generation across Beyond Logix (Domestic Freight) and Beyond Clearance (Customs Brokerage). You’ll work closely with leadership to integrate tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and Zapier into a seamless, automated workflow.
This role blends AI automation , CRM mastery , and sales technology — ideal for someone who wants to architect intelligent systems that replace repetitive SDR tasks with smart, data-driven workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize AI-powered SDR workflows across HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and
- Connect and automate data enrichment, verification, and CRM sync pipelines using Zapier / Make
- Maintain high-integrity data and ensure leads flow smoothly from generation to meeting booking
- Set up dashboards in HubSpot and Airtable to track replies, conversions, and meeting volume
- Configure and monitor sending domains, SPF / DKIM / DMARC , and deliverability
- Integrate ChatGPT or LLM APIs to assist in personalization, lead scoring, and follow-up
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outreach logic for engagement and performance
What We’re Looking For
3–8 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or RevOps systemsProven expertise with HubSpot, Zapier / Make, Apollo, Clay, or similar toolsStrong understanding of sales funnels, CRM automations, and AI toolsProficiency with Python, JavaScript , or no-code automation logicExperience managing email deliverability and domain healthExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience with AI SDRs, AI agents, or conversational AI is a plusCompensation (India)
₹100,000 – ₹250,000 per month , based on experience and expertise
(Performance bonuses available for rollout milestones and productivity targets)
