Technical Product Manager

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering . Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development , with at least 3 years in product visioning and strategy , specifically with system modernization and legacy migration. Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and tools (Jira / Rally). Comprehensive knowledge of modern full-stack software engineering tools and languages (GCP, Tekton / Cloudbuild, APIC, APIM / Apigee, SonarQube, 42Crunch, React, Java). Experience with SRE Tools, Monitoring and Observability, and Data Engineering is highly desirable. Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and business partners. Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards researching new technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic planning and product roadmap creation , focusing on system modernization and migration from legacy to modern platforms.
- Drive product development and system evolution through agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and human-centered design .
- Leverage data management expertise to ensure data quality and integrity during system migrations.
- Foster strong stakeholder collaboration to align product initiatives with business objectives and end-user needs.
- Apply product management skills to define features, prioritize backlogs, and drive value delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks in product development and system evolution.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills , fostering a collaborative team environment.
