We also provide all professional tools including Naukri access.Role : Source right candidates as per the Job Description and salary budget of the Client CompanyUse all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Job portals, social media campaign, Industry mapping and headhunting industry-relevant profilesEvaluate the candidates’ suitability by conducting interviews and reference checkMaintain Recruitment Tracker and publish periodic recruitment analysisCoordinate the interview of the Candidate with the Client Companies.Coordinate with the final selected candidates to obtain the documents required by the Client Company.Handhold selected candidates till they join the client companyRequirements : Minimum -8- years' experience in recruitment of Middle and Senior profilesGood understanding of Business & Functional requirements and ability to screen candidates on required skills.Preferably a MBAGood communication skills
