Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to focus on membership sales and client retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into long-term studio members, ensuring a warm and professional experience for every client, and maintaining high engagement levels within the Athayog community.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound membership inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Convert trial class participants and inquiries into active members.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and track progress through CRM or internal tools.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with the front desk and teaching team to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication.
• Achieve monthly membership targets and support marketing campaigns through timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and share weekly sales performance reports with management.
