Role Overview

As a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist (Sales Lead), you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for ultra-HNW and family office clients. This is a high-ownership, front-line role where you will directly engage with clients, understand their complex financial needs, and position 4Thoughts' integrated solutions to build long-term trust and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding

Drive the end-to-end onboarding process of ultra-HNW individuals and family office clients, showcasing 4Thoughts' wealth management and multi-family office expertise.

  • Relationship Building
  • Engage with promoters, entrepreneurs, and family business leaders to understand their legacy planning, governance, and wealth management requirements.

  • Sales Leadership
  • Build and manage your own client acquisition pipeline. Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into long-term relationships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with investment, tax, compliance, and advisory teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely execution of client mandates.

  • Market & Client Insights
  • Stay updated on wealth management trends, regulatory changes, and family office best practices to effectively address client needs.

  • Performance Reporting
  • Track and report progress on acquisition targets, conversion rates, and onboarding effectiveness to senior leadership.

    Candidate Profile

  • Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years in sales / business development in wealth management or family office environments. Proven experience in family office client acquisition is mandatory.
  • Education qualifications : MBA / CA
  • Go-Getter Attitude : Highly driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with building pipelines independently.
  • Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of wealth management products, estate / tax planning, succession, and family office governance.
  • Client-Centric : Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships with ultra-HNW families and entrepreneurs.
  • Sales Acumen : Track record of closing high-value mandates in the wealth management / family office space.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
