Role Overview
As a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist (Sales Lead), you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for ultra-HNW and family office clients. This is a high-ownership, front-line role where you will directly engage with clients, understand their complex financial needs, and position 4Thoughts' integrated solutions to build long-term trust and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end onboarding process of ultra-HNW individuals and family office clients, showcasing 4Thoughts' wealth management and multi-family office expertise.
Engage with promoters, entrepreneurs, and family business leaders to understand their legacy planning, governance, and wealth management requirements.
Build and manage your own client acquisition pipeline. Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into long-term relationships.
Coordinate with investment, tax, compliance, and advisory teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely execution of client mandates.
Stay updated on wealth management trends, regulatory changes, and family office best practices to effectively address client needs.
Track and report progress on acquisition targets, conversion rates, and onboarding effectiveness to senior leadership.
