Demonstrated flair for beverage innovation, bartending, and high-energy client presentations. Strong network builder; able to open new accounts and convert tastings / workshops into sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude. Based in Ahmedabad (or willing to relocate) with regional travel flexibility. Key Responsibilities :
- Curate and craft inventive cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using Swa syrups for prospects, clients, and industry events.
- Conduct engaging tastings, workshops, and bartender training / engagement sessions for clients and their teams.
- Lead client acquisition efforts : identify and win new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and food service accounts in Gujarat.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive deeper sales and account penetration.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for new recipe launches, tailored presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Swa at local and regional events, F&B showcases, and industry collaborations.
- Own revenue, sales pipeline, reporting, and innovative projects for the Ahmedabad region.
