What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end business development process from prospecting and qualifying to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and nurture CxO-level relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to build tailored, insight-driven proposals.
- Drive quarterly revenue targets while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and account growth.
- Represent Oxper in industry events, pitch presentations, and thought-leadership forums.
- Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Looker Studio to track, analyze, and optimize performance.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualification :
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.Any graduate (preferably from a commerce background)Preferred Skills :
3+ years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B marketing, digital, or ABM agency.A natural communicator with an executive presence : persuasive, confident, and emotionally intelligent.Strong grasp of marketing and demand generation concepts like campaigns, funnels, and ROI.Ability to craft and deliver compelling pitches that balance logic, creativity, and strategy.Self-starter mindset with a hunger for growth, ownership, and impact.Experience with enterprise accounts and high-ticket retainers is a huge plus.Why Join Oxper
