About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Linux & Network Support Engineer to join our on-site team with one of India’s leading ISPs. In this role, you will work at the intersection of network infrastructure and real-time network analytics software. You will be responsible for configuring network devices, managing monitoring software, supporting API integrations, and collaborating directly with the ISP’s engineering and operations teams.

Training in our cutting-edge Trisul Network Analytics platform will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and support Trisul Network Analytics software on-site.

Work with ISP engineering teams on network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Configure and manage switches, routers, SAN / storage systems, and Linux servers.

Perform day-to-day network operations : IP routing, VLANs, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Integrate and test API-based workflows for analytics and reporting.

Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to resolve incidents.

Document configurations, procedures, and deployment guides.

Create daily reports and handle incidents on site

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration and network support

Strong understanding of Red Hat / CentOS / RHEL or similar Linux distributions.

Practical knowledge of IP routing, VLANs, subnetting, and Layer-2 / Layer-3 networking.

Experience with common network support tools and remote access platforms.

Basic knowledge of storage systems, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and network cabling.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi — essential for daily coordination with ISP teams.

Excellent communicator and trouble shooter

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Certifications : RHCSA / RHCE, CCNA, or equivalent.

Strong Linux basics : Bash / SSH / Putty / FTP etc.

Exposure to network monitoring or analytics tools.

Familiarity with APIs, JSON, or scripting for automation.
