Inspector Cum Co - ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of electrical and electronic products (e.g., STB, HGW, mobile phones, refrigerators, washing machines, water dispensers, mixers, blenders, water heaters, luminaries, audio / video equipment, IT products, etc.) at factory premises as per client requirements.
• Conduct safety and functional testing of household goods as per IEC standards — IEC 60335-1, IEC 60065, IEC 60598-1, IEC 60950-1.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Standards (IS) and International Standards (IEC) .
• Apply sampling methods (AQL) to assess product quality and determine acceptance levels.
• Respond to client technical queries and provide inspection-related clarifications.
• Conduct inspection and functional testing of trains on test tracks.
• Review and verify all documentation related to Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) and provide guidance to inspectors.
• Prepare inspection reports and ensure accurate documentation of findings.
• Support quality control systems and ensure compliance with established inspection procedures.
• Travel extensively to various client sites, sometimes at short notice.
