Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.

Maintain candidate database and pipelines for future requirements.

Build strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Requirements :

Prior experience as an IT Recruiter (preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Availability for a Face-to-Face interview in Jaipur .
