About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical liaison between our company and key customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful product adoption, resolving technical issues, and providing strategic guidance to help customers achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and best practices to optimize product adoption and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct technical reviews, assess risks, and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver product training, technical workshops, and roadmap discussions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention and expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
  • Proficient in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations, with a strong understanding of network protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve complex issues.
  • Analytical Thinking : Ability to translate technical challenges into business impact and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration : Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
