What You’ll Do
You’ll work on defined project deliverables in short, focused sprints, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Project-Based Design Ownership :Lead the end-to-end design process for assigned features — from scoping and wireframes to polished prototypes and QA-ready design files.Design System Contribution :Leverage our existing design system and contribute new, well-documented components and interaction patterns to ensure visual and functional consistency.Prototyping & Motion Design :Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes (Figma / Framer) to validate flows and craft micro-interactions that make AI-driven experiences feel natural.Focused Research & Validation :Conduct quick usability tests or heuristic reviews for your features, translating insights into actionable design improvements.Rapid Iteration :Work in short, iterative cycles to deliver ready-for-engineering designs, adapting quickly to feedback and analytics.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery of features.Why Join Powersmy.biz
