Job description

We are looking for a Business Writer to join our Social Media & Digital Content team. If you have a knack for business storytelling and an ability to marry numbers with narratives, this role is for you.

Experience : 1 to 5 years

Location : Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role

You will be at the heart of B2B storytelling, developing high-quality, research-driven content across platforms such as websites, social media and annual reports. A background in digital agencies and B2B content marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write impactful articles, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, websites, and marketing collaterals tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Create compelling content for social platforms (primarily LinkedIn for B2B audiences), build campaigns, and drive community engagement.
  • Research and track industry trends to ensure content is relevant, timely, and differentiated.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and align content with brand goals; partner with design and digital teams for execution.
  • Define content frameworks for websites and apps; collaborate with UX / UI teams to integrate content seamlessly.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Education : Degree in English, Literature, Communications, Business Journalism, Journalism or related fields. Journalists and business journalists are welcome.
  • Experience : 1–5 years in business writing, content marketing, or corporate communications (exceptional fresh talent may also be considered).
  • Expertise : Strong command of written English and ability to create professional, polished business content.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of B2B content, content marketing practices, and social media strategy.
  • Attitude : Analytical mindset, attention to detail, creativity and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with a team spirit and ability to incorporate client feedback.
