Job Description : Amdocs CES Consultant (CRM / OMS / Billing)

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad (other locations can also be considered)

Shift Timing : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM IST

Mode of work : Hybrid

Role Overview :

Experienced professionals with expertise in Amdocs CES (version 11 and above). The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in CRM, Order Management (OMS) and Billing, along with hands-on implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work on design, development, and implementation of Amdocs CES modules (CRM, OMS, Billing).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in integrations with other systems and support upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
