Data Scientist - Life Sciences / AI

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Data Scientist  to lead AI / ML initiatives spanning statistical modeling, classical and modern AI techniques, and LLM-based architectures. The ideal candidate can bridge technical depth with business communication, working independently with multiple stakeholders in the Life Sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI models across  statistical, machine learning, and deep learning  frameworks.
• Implement  LLM-based applications  including  content summarization, generation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)  pipelines.
• Develop  agentic architectures  using  LangChain  or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with Life Sciences / Pharma R&D stakeholders to solve data-driven problems.
• Translate complex data science methodologies into clear business insights for  non-technical and senior client audiences .
• Manage deliverables across multiple projects independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
