Key Responsibilities :

• Doing End-to-end Recruitment
• Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and magazines.
• Using social media to advertise positions attracts candidates and builds relationships with candidates and employers.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the organization vacancy.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.
• Briefing the candidate about the job's responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the Management.
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
• You will be working with key stakeholders of Zyoin and help us hire the right talent for our customers.
