Join our vibrant team as an Associate Account Director, where you’ll lead our client-servicing team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of innovative digital marketing solutions. You’ll blend strategic leadership, commercial acumen, team mentorship, and deep digital expertise, acting as the key interface between clients and our internal teams. Your drive will fuel client satisfaction, account growth, and agency profitability.

✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 :

Be the senior point of contact for key client accounts.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and marketing needs.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead the pitch process for account expansion.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 :

Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions aligned with client goals.

Guide the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 :

Lead and mentor a team of account managers and client-servicing professionals.

Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Define KPIs for the team and conduct regular performance reviews and growth planning.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 :

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital campaigns and projects.

Proactively manage project risks, client escalations, and resource bottlenecks.

Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and client satisfaction.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 :

Manage P&L for client accounts and ensure profitability.

Track budgets, forecasts, and billing accuracy across client projects.

Support the finance team in revenue planning and cash-flow projections.

🧠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :

1. 10+ years of experience in client servicing / account management, including team-handling.

2. Proven track-record in growing client accounts and building long-term relationships.

3. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

5. Ability to build, inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

6. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
