Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Financial Manager to join our high-growth startup. This individual will play a critical role in managing end-to-end finance functions including working capital management, budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced in both equity and debt fundraising.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage :
- Manage Series A and subsequent funding rounds (Equity & Debt). Ideal candidate who managed series A fund
- Structure due diligence, and closure processes.
Working Capital Management :
End-to-end implementation of working capital lines for operational efficiencyMonitor and optimize the operating cycle, improve receivables and payables management.Planning & Budgeting :
Prepare Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for 2–3 years.Monitor budget vs. actual performance and drive corrective action plans.Reporting & MIS :
Design and implement robust dashboards for real-time financial visibility (margins, receivables, logistics, etc.).Prepare and present Monthly MIS Reports to Board and key stakeholders.Ensure daily / weekly / monthly tracking of key financial and operational KPIs.Accounting & Controls :
Lead the monthly / quarterly book closures and external audit process.Consolidate and report financial statements for group entities.Establish strong financial controls across accounting, inventory, accruals, and provisions.Define and enforce collections and payables policies, resulting in improved cash flow and shorter operating cycles.Compliance :
Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT and other statutory obligations.Qualifications & Skills :
(CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent.3–4 years of relevant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.Proven track record of fundraising (equity & debt).Strong understanding of working capital cycles, financial modeling, and budgeting.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in financial tools, dashboards, and ERP / accounting software.What We Offer :
