Associate Manager Business Finance

We’re looking for an Associate Manager Business Finance who can partner with business and product teams to drive financial clarity, decision-making, and accountability. You’ll play a key role in analyzing performance, shaping forecasts, and ensuring financial discipline across business lines — all while building models and frameworks that help scale a growing fintech.

What you'll do :

Own the P&L for key business verticals — track revenue, costs, and profitability.

Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Prepare and present monthly business reviews, dashboards, and management decks for leadership.

Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to evaluate new initiatives and assess financial impact.

Build and refine financial models to analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS and business reporting.

Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities through data-backed insights.

Support fundraising, audits, and board reporting as needed.

What You’ll Need

1-3 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.

Proven experience in financial modeling, investor presentations, and board-level reporting.

Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and forecasting tools.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution.

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
