We're Hiring : Project Manager (Associate Vice President Level)

Are you an experienced Project / Program Management professional ready to take on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives We're looking for a Project Manager (AVP level) to lead enterprise-wide programs and drive transformation across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex, multi-year enterprise programs from initiation to closure.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage senior leadership communications.
  • Establish program governance, oversee risk & issue management, and ensure financial discipline.
  • Mentor project managers and business analysts, ensuring delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 18+ years of experience in program / project management, with senior leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record in technology integrations, M&A programs, or business transformation .
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or CSPM preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
