Key responsibilities :
- Provide solutioning support to sales teams for specific deals.
- Lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
- Achieve OB & Revenue Target for the sales
- Independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
- Operational role- responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
- Instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles
- Work closely with teams like Product, Engineering & various cross functional teams to create required solution enhance the Cyfuture service offering.
- Identify key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems / issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialization.
Technical Proficiencies :
Experience of Virtualization / VmwareExperience in Cloud Hosting ServicesStorage / Back upConcept of Cloud (Private & Public) & Data CentreSpecific Public Cloud KnowledgeExpertise in any of the Technology of Network / Data Centre / Security / Unified CommunicationWork experience on Large Data Centre Project including Physical & Virtual EnvironmentUnderstanding on Enterprise Architecture including Data Centre, Cloud, Security Landscape & Network (WAN) for the customerKnowledge of Unified Communication if anyOne customer facing Experience in terms of Opportunity understanding, BOQ & Solution proposal creation experience is preferred.Desired profile :
Engineering Graduate with relevant Certification on VMWARE, AZURE, AWS, Solution ArchitectShould have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Pre-sales functionExposure towards working in the RFP casesExperience of catering Enterprise and Government customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What we offer :
